Before creating a return request, please take note of the following:
Ensure that the item(s) is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept ineligible item(s) to be returned. Should ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your return and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you.
Only the value of the Authorised item(s) will be refunded. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
It can take around 7 – 14 working days for the refund to be completed. Please note that refunds to your credit card will depend on the bank processing period.
